Terms & Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for Shoppers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Flipkart (India) Limited (“Flipkart ”)and conducted by RewardPort (“partner agency”) on the Product i.e. Select products available across select stores and cities.
2. The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 1/February/2023 to 30/April/2023 subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India.
3. Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible Shoppers will be entitled to be rewarded with a Zomato voucher worth Rs. 100
4. Shopper will get an assured Zomato Voucher worth Rs. 100 as per the process of redemption free of charge. Standard SMS/ Internet charges may apply during the redemption process.
5. OTP and Zomato voucher code will be received on SMS and email within 24 hours. Voucher code can be used only once for getting the Zomato code. Flipkart shall not be responsible in case of the Zomato voucher code being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
6. This Promotional Offer entitles the Shopper with a Zomato Voucher worth Rs. 100. Shopper shall be required to read, understand and accept the Zomato Voucher (“Zomato Vouchers”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner’s end.
7. Voucher code can be redeemed only via campaign website to get Zomato code. Zomato code can be redeemed ONLY on Zomato app and website.
8. Maximum 2 vouchers can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID and IP address during the entire promotional period. One voucher redemption allowed per month. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Flipkart and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
9. Validity of the Zomato code is 30 days period i.e. if the coupon code is received on SMS on 10th March 2023 then the code would be valid for 30 days i.e. till 10th April 2023.
10. Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer on the Zomato platform.
11. Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.
12. Zomato reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Rewardport if possible, will replace the experience and offer reward worth equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Zomato.
13. Zomato reserves the right to terminate the voucher benefit at any time without notice.
14. Zomato reserves the right to deny honoring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
15. In no event Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
16. The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
17. The voucher cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations.
18. If the voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new eGift voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate eGift voucher will not be issued.
19. Flipkart , Rewardport or Zomato shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the gift The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
20. Zomato may change (add to, delete, or amend) its Gift card terms from time to time.
21. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Zomato platform.
22. This is strictly a one time usage code.
23. Customer data received during the promotion period is Confidential and shall not be shared with Flipkart/Rewardport or any partner agency for further campaign analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

25. The participating customers may, at the request of Flipkart participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Flipkart (INDIA) LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating Shopper agrees and consents to Flipkart to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
26. The decision of Flipkart or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
27. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Flipkart and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
28. The use of Zomato name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Zomato in Flipkart. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Flipkart and Zomato, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.
29. This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
30. This Promotional Offer is not based on chance and has an assured subscription given as a gratification.s

To Redeem Zomato Voucher

1. Open Zomato mobile app/Website
2. Select your favourite restaurant and add your food/beverage item
3. Go to cart page and apply your Zomato code to the “Apply Code” section to get Rs.100 off.

Terms

1. Kindly place an order of ₹100 or more to avail the entire voucher discount.
2. Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.
3. Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only.
4. Delivery and taxes to be paid by the user.
5. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only
6. Zomato reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice
7. Zomato reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without notice
8. Zomato reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
9. In no event Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer
10. Maximum discount that can be availed is 100%, upto Rs.100/-
11. If the order amount exceeds the voucher Value then complete your payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking to pay balance amount.
12. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Zomato.
